About Rebecca Pate

As the major gifts officer at Toxic-Free Future, Rebecca is a skilled relationship strategist who excels at uniting people, forging meaningful connections, and nurturing long-lasting partnerships that inspire generous support. With a purposeful approach to philanthropy and donor engagement, she drives impactful fundraising campaigns that advance the organization’s mission of creating a healthier tomorrow.

For the past five years, Rebecca has served as membership manager for the Sonoma County Farm Bureau, where she advocated for farmers and Sonoma’s sustainable, biodiverse, and regenerative agricultural practices. A fervent believer in protecting a community’s access to local and healthy food, she played a pivotal role in making Sonoma County the #1 county in California for membership growth. In addition, Rebecca hosted the From Farm to Table podcast and radio show, educating listeners on critical agricultural issues.

Rebecca’s commitment to environmental advocacy is deeply personal. Growing up in Hawaii, she developed an early awareness of the harmful impacts of plastic waste and the fragility of the land and ocean, which shaped her lifelong dedication to protecting the planet.

Now residing in Sonoma County, California, Rebecca enjoys the region’s vibrant farm-to-table lifestyle, scenic hiking trails, and proximity to the Pacific Ocean. She is committed to educating and inspiring others to get involved in eliminating toxic chemicals and protecting human health and the environment. As she often says, “Together we can impact today to create a Toxic-Free Future!”
