Tell Ecology: Ban PFAS in ALL products!
PFAS “forever chemicals” are toxic, costly to clean up, and polluting our drinking water, homes, and bodies.
Washington’s draft rule would ban PFAS in apparel and accessories, automotive washes, and cleaning products—but leave major gaps in protection by only requiring reporting for others like cookware, sealers, firefighter turnout gear and ski waxes.
Reporting isn’t regulation. Ecology must do more to identify safer solutions and ban PFAS in ALL products—not just a few.
