About Dan Mensher

Dan Mensher represents consumers, communities, and governments in complex environmental and consumer protection litigation. Before joining Keller Rohrback, Dan was an environmental law professor at Lewis & Clark Law School in Portland, Oregon, where he also litigated cases with students involving toxic waste, water pollution, and natural resource management. He has served on governmental advisory boards and helped to draft key environmental regulations in place today. Dan grew up in Seattle and has spent his life exploring and enjoying the region’s waters and mountains. He works to protect the health of communities and the environment for his children and the future.
