Ban toxic TCE

Tell Congress to uphold the EPA’s ban on cancer-causing trichloroethylene (TCE)

Trichloroethylene (TCE) is a toxic chemical linked to cancer, Parkinson’s, and organ damage. The EPA finally banned most uses — a major win for public health.

Now Congress may overturn that ban with Congressional Review Act resolutions. That would put workers, families, and communities back at risk.

Tell Congress:  Protect our health. Keep the TCE ban.

Sample petition text:

Please reject Congressional Review Act (CRA) resolutions that would throw out EPA’s rule banning the carcinogen trichloroethylene (TCE). Congressional disapproval of this rule would roll back vital health protections for many Americans who are at serious risk of cancer, Parkinson’s disease, and birth defects from exposure to TCE.
