In my humble opinion, the Stroller Brigade was a complete success.
I couldn’t be more proud of the incredible, dynamic and powerful parent advocates that came to Washington to meet with their Senators and Congresspeople. I couldn’t be more grateful for our coalition partners and Safer Chemicals staff for pulling together a great group and numerous logistics. I am deeply honored that Jennifer Beals spend so much of her busy time with our group, helping share our cause with the masses.
Thank you.
In the coming weeks we’ll share some of the stories of the 200 Stroller Brigade participants. In the meantime, I wanted to share some of the highlights from the day.
You can view and share some photos from the event here.
What happened at the Stroller Brigade:
Over 200 parents, cancer survivors, nurses, and advocates gathered at the U.S. Capitol to ask Congress for real reform of our toxic chemical laws.

The group then marched the Stroller Brigade to the U.S. Senate where we hit the hill for safer chemicals.
