Actors advocate for safer chemicals on Twitter

So what happens when powerful women (and men), who also happen to be actors, get involved in the issue of safer chemicals? Twitter responds.

Jennifer Beals, mother, actor, and advocate recently spent time with us in Washington D.C. and has been a long-time advocate for common sense limits on toxic chemicals. Immediately it was clear that she was a passionate, articulate and wonderful advocate for our issue.

We are grateful for all the work Jennifer has done for this important cause.

Yesterday, when she tweeted a series of facts and calls to action around reforming our out of date laws on toxic chemicals. What happened? People like you and me, as well as other actors responded. Below is a peek at some of the actors who helped spread the word.
