This document summarizes the chemicals and products reported from March 5 to September 6 of 2013. Overall there were 4,605 reports of Chemicals of High Concern to Children reported in children’s products such as toys, clothing, baby safety products, and bedding during this time period.

Despite industry’s relentless campaign to overturn the ban on these extremely toxic chemicals, we are heartened that the science and concern for the protection of children’s health won out, at least at this step of the process.

BPA and other toxins that can be found in our food and products are at levels dangerous enough to be concerned with and we need to encourage companies to ditch the chemicals and toxins in our products.
